2.8 Subversion (SVN)

The following commands are needed to install the latest development version of Asymptote using Subversion:

svn co https://asymptote.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/asymptote/trunk/asymptote
 
cd asymptote
./autogen.sh
wget http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Hans_Boehm/gc/gc_source/gc-7.1.tar.gz
./configure
make all
make install

To compile without optimization, use the command make CFLAGS=-g.
