ARGUMENTS
gnutls_x509_trust_list_t list
The list
const gnutls_datum_t * dn
is the issuer's DN
gnutls_x509_crt_t * issuer
Will hold the issuer if any. Should be deallocated after
use.
unsigned int flags
Use zero
DESCRIPTION
This function will find the issuer with the given name, and return a
copy of the issuer, which must be freed using gnutls_x509_crt_deinit().
RETURNS
On success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative
error value.
