NAME
rep_cmp - look for duplicate files based on results of the cmp command
SYNOPSIS
rep_cmp infile
DESCRIPTION
rep_cmp looks for duplicate files based on results of the cmp command.
Specifically, it is intended to read (from the specified file or stdin)
output from the rep_hard command. It is called by the repeats script
and is generally not called directly from the command line.
